High School Baseball Athlete Weight Gain

At 13 YO I was 119lbs and standing at 5’6. My dad and I didn’t know the right foods for me to eat to gain muscle and also support my training as a baseball player. We tried a variety of things online searching until my dad found Wendi on Twitter. She was always posting about pre-workout nutrition, breakfast, and weight gain tips for high school athletes. Even though we live in California we were able to contact Wendi virtually in her athlete coaching program and set up calls to discuss my weight gain frustrations and challenges. She made the process easy, simple, and we felt confident after each call. We trust her guidance and it has helped me add some real size! I gained 58 lbs consistently following the NWW weight gain plan.  Each week I worked on adding more calories but slowly over time made this possible. The plan was clear and she helped me stay accountable to it.
