NWW Cottage Cheese Ice Cream
- 1/2 cup peaches
- 2 Tbsp powdered PB2 or almond butter
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1/2 cup blackberries
- 1/4 cup chopped graham cracker
- 1 cup whole-milk cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup Fairlife whole or 1% milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pour into a blender or food processor and blend for a minute.
- Pour into a freezer safe container.
- *Add some chocolate chips if you’d like.
- Freeze for 2 hours.
*1 serving makes enough for 2 to share!
