- 2 Tbsp. Nuts n More Nut Butter or powdered peanut butter
- Protein cookie butter or powdered almond butter (Available on Amazon)
- 1 scoop Vanilla Quest Protein powder (whey protein or plant-based protein of your choice)
- 1 medium frozen banana
